Refund policy for Faceless Video subscriptions.

Overview

Faceless Video offers subscription plans that grant a set number of series runs per billing term. This policy describes when refunds are available and when they are not.

Trial Run

Every new account receives 1 trial run at no charge. The trial run is not eligible for a refund, as it is provided free of charge.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests for paid subscriptions are accepted within 7 days of the initial purchase or renewal date, subject to the following conditions:

  • You have not consumed a significant portion of your plan's runs during the billing period for which you are requesting a refund.
  • If runs have been largely utilized for video generation, a full refund may not be granted.
  • Refund requests must be submitted by email to support@faceless-video.com with your account email address and reason for the request.

Non-Refundable Situations

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Requests submitted more than 7 days after the purchase or renewal date.
  • Billing periods in which a significant number of runs have been consumed.
  • Remaining unused runs after a cancellation — these remain available until the end of your current term but are not refunded.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing. Your remaining runs stay available until your current billing term ends. No refund is issued for the current billing period upon cancellation.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days via the original payment method (Stripe). Funds may take an additional 3–7 business days to appear on your statement.
